These two birds has been created as a swap quilt. Simple and impressive method as it is.
This picture was created with scraps again. Recently I made some quilt top and what was left over as a result of its alignment I used for the background in this picture here. The size of those scraps determined the picture’s size.
This is my next work made in such a style and it’s related to a various memories.
The first one was a bag for Ela, a prototype all the subsequent ones using this set of colors. I still have a very vivid memories of this day. Since then I made a couple of bags and pouches sewed for various girls.

The summer is known for being a season of trips, travels and holidays. When your rambling is over it’s good to have some nice place on your own. So here I’m with my cosy little hotel…
On 28th August my blog reached 1 million views. It’s unbelievable, that I took a look at it just exactly when the counter was showing this number.
Perhaps I should announce this fact everywhere, especially in the most popular places ;), but somehow it seems to be pointless to me.
