Dual aspect of an artifact
How to keep things together
It’s for various things needed on a travel, and not only then. The pouch.
It’s made from the scraps and remaining strips of fabric. The cotton waterproof inside made of fabric, which I spotted in a shop in my city centre, which I used to visit frequently.
Helpful duet
I decided to use some free space under my second shelf in my study, so I sewed pouches for various artifacts.
It looks like I’m tidying up my environment, which I presume is a sign for the spring to come. Recently I was looking at my scrappy spring (check the picture above and the background in particular). In the evenings it looks quite amazing because its quilting is highlighted by the light. It’s simply pretty 🙂
Cats and Flamingos
This is my next work made in such a style and it’s related to a various memories.
The first one was a bag for Ela, a prototype all the subsequent ones using this set of colors. I still have a very vivid memories of this day. Since then I made a couple of bags and pouches sewed for various girls.
To make a set
I visited my mum recently and delivered her a new bag, which she needed for this summer. She liked the bag a lot and I was glad because of that too.
In violets and navy blue
As an addition to the bag from a previous post a made a pouch. And because the bag had two disctinct sides, the pouch has them too.
The return of a clasp lock
It’s been some time since I sewed a purse with a clasp lock. This time as a navy blue version with some silver accents. A night butterflies.
