Summer bags time

It’s been two years since I made this bag. It’s handed to one lovely person so I wanted to make another, a similar one. I cut new elements for it and guess what… just forgot about them. They popped up again when I was reviewing my supplies so I decided to finish the job this time. Two years was long enough for making it with pleasure again.

I must admit, that the pleasure ends when the external part of the bag is finished as the rest of the work is rather toiling.

I shot those pictures in a park near by. I walk there pretty frequently and always with a great pleasure. The season and nice weather encourage me for doing this. I can see interesting things all the time as life is flourishing most just now.

It was a great joy to put together all the tiny pieces of the cotton. I like it when my box’s becoming empty and the stack of various fillings is disappearing creating some nice artifacts in exchange. Recently I don’t buy much new fabrics despite the temptation is great. I try to focus on using the stock I already have.

The bag has a zipper and three pockets inside: two open ones and one with a zipper.

Sizes: bottom 11 cm x 35 cm, height 35 cm.
