Shoes not for walking

When my son was a little boy he explain to his aunt, that he had a shoes-trainers, shoes-sandals and shoes-shoes. I think, that the shoes I just made doesn’t feet to either category…

I sewed them for Our Little Sun 🙂 in order to test the cut and the whole shoes creation process in general. They’re made out of old pair of jeans and a piece of cotton. I have no idea how the’re going to work on his little feet, must wait and see. I’m also not entirely happy with the quality, but it’s a prototype. I’m showing it because it’s cute anyway.

As you can see it’s a full size up-cycling 🙂

I sewed a lot of things in my life – a jacket, a coat and even a suit. Never shoes though, but seems that the time came for them too 🙂

I didn’t stiff the upper part at all, just the sole with the Ronar Fix stiffener and a padding with a thick compressed sticky stuffing.

    P.S. W razie czego będzie reklamacja 😉
